Senior Pastor of Greater Christ Temple Church of Stockton, CA. CEO of GCT’s Community Services. Bishop Dockery, accepted “God’s call to ministry” in 1986, and began preaching the gospel in 1987. In 1992, he was appointed as Youth Pastor at Greater Christ Temple by its founder the honorable Bishop Lewis D. Stallworth Sr. In 2008, after the passing of Bishop Lewis D. Stallworth, Sr., Bishop Dockery was appointed Senior Pastor of Greater Christ Temple Church. In 2011, he was elevated and appointed the office of Bishop by the Pentecostal Apostolic Faith Church, Inc national and local organization. Bishop received his Master of Arts Degree from Liberty University, with a concentration in Church Leadership. Bishop Dockery has been a recipient of community awards and recognition of the following: NAACP: Community Award Recognition 2011, Bro Franks Group: Community Award 2011. He currently serves on the Board of Bishops of the Pentecostal Churches of Apostolic Faith. In a parallel secular life, he was employed by the State of California in 1995. As a correctional officer, he rose steadily up the ranks to conflict Resolution Specialist and finally to his last position as a Gang Intelligence Specialist. He retired from Civil Service in 2009, to become full-time Pastor and Chief Executive Officer of Greater Christ Temple. Bishop Dockery is a loving husband to his beautiful wife Dollye Dockery, and father to their two children Troy Dockery, Jr, and Kayla Dockery.
